Bathing Culture makes biodegradable bath products from organically grown and sustainably harvested ingredients. Their products are inspired by adventures in the Northern California wilderness, and every step of Bathing Culture’s process is designed to protect the land their founders love to explore.
The products are good for people and animals as well as the land. All of Bathing Culture’s products are non-toxic and free from dyes, sulfates, and parabens. Plus, they’re vegan and never tested on animals!
Packaging and energy use are considered, too: Bathing Culture manufactures in the US with renewable energy, bottle products in 100% post consumer recycled plastic, and even their shipping process is green. As a bonus, they plant a native tree for every 5 gallons of soap they manufacture. The folks at Bathing Culture have really considered everything!
Bathing Culture makes a liquid soap, a bath soak, a floral mist, and an adorable rainbow towel. I tried the soak and the mist and I’m happy I did.
Dipsea Soak Review
Dipsea Soak is a mineral-rich bath soak infused with CBD. I didn’t quite follow the directions—I’m not really a bath person, so I tried it as an exfoliant. Because of this, I may not have gotten the full effect of the CBD infused in the soak. But it still makes a good scrub! One word of warning: since the ingredients are water-soluble, try to keep the inside of the container dry.
Neroli & Rose Mist Review
While I like the Dipsea Soak, I LOVE the Neroli and Rose Mist! I take it with me everywhere. I like the smell of rose and the refreshing feeling this mist gives me. Made simply with floral hydrosols, it soaks all the way into my skin and doesn’t leave behind a film like some sprays can. I took the Neroli & Rose Mist with me on my long weekend to Yosemite with friends, and it was a nice refresh on the hot trails.
Bathing Culture is a truly responsible brand, and I identify with the way the prioritize green ingredients and environmental activism—two of my favorite things! All that and great products—what’s not to love?
